PSU Pattani Campus ranked top 10 for greenhouse gas reduction

Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Badin Welaetae, Vice President for Student Development & Alumni Relations, represented the university in receiving an Award of Honor recognizing outstanding performance in the “ECOLIFE in U” project. 
 
The initiative, a collaboration between the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) and Kid Kid Co., Ltd., aims to support Thailand’s progress toward Carbon Neutrality across higher education institutions. The award ceremony took place on September 18, 2025, at King Mongkut Building, Office of the Permanent Secretary, MHESI.
 

Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, was among six universities nationwide—from a total of 70 participating institutions actively contributing to the ECOLIFE in U campaign. The university earned a TOP 10 national ranking for achieving one of the highest reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.
