On April 28, 2025, PSU DEEPBLUE officially launched its AI-powered chatbot, known as the "Virtual Assistant", developed entirely in-house by PSU. This intelligent and responsive knowledge companion is now available to serve the PSU community. Specifically designed to address university-related needs, DEEPBLUE offers 24/7 support by promptly answering PSU-specific inquiries and assisting users with various university systems efficiently and seamlessly.
