A PSU delegation, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Niwat Keawpradub, PSU President, and including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Udomphon Puetpaiboon, Vice President of Trang Campus, lecturers and two groups of students from PSU Trang Campus, travelled to the Kingdom of Cambodia in order to attend the Final Contest of the Youth Innovation Competition on Lancang-Mekong Region’s Governance and Development (YICMG) from 22-26 January 2019.
The participating PSU students from the Faculty of Architecture and Faculty of Commerce and Management, Trang Campus, won the Most Innovative Team award at the YICMG 2019 competition.
During the trip, President Niwat also met Prof. Chen Zhimin, Vice President of Fudan University, P.R. China, one of the initiating institutions of this competition, and discussed the role of PSU as the host of the YICMG 2020. Moreover, PSU delegates had meetings with representatives from each university joining this competition, and discussed current and future possible cooperation, as well as signed an MoU with Guangxi University of Finance and Economics, P.R. China.
