
Prince of Songkla University (PSU) has been ranked 6th in Thailand for sustainability among 19 leading Thai universities, 108th in Asia, and 475th globally in QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2026.
In the 2026 edition, a total of 2,002 universities worldwide were ranked, including 827 universities from Asia and 19 universities from Thailand. The rankings are based on three main indicators: Environmental Impact (45%), Social Impact (45%), and Governance (10%). The official results were announced on 18 November 2025.



QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2026 assesses universities worldwide on their social and environmental impact, recognizing their role as centers of education and research. PSU achieved an overall score of 70.0, placing 475th globally, advancing from 492nd place worldwide in the previous year.

Score 64.7 – #6 in Thailand, #120 in Asia, and #446 globally
Social Impact:
Score 72.3 – #7 in Thailand, #115 in Asia, and #560 globally
Governance:
Score 79.4 – #6 in Thailand, #181 in Asia, and #586 globally
