On 28 September 2018, members of the International Affairs Office (IAO) from PSU Hat Yai Campus, led by Dr. Wongkot Phuphumirat, Assistant President for International Affairs, had a great chance to visit the International Relations Division of Khon Kaen University (KKU).
During this study visit, KKU shared a lot of information about the international relations of their university, such us the structure of KKU International Affairs Division, international affairs jobs descriptions and responsibilities, the proactive strategy for international affairs, internationalization process, the procedures of dealing with international guests’ visits, as well as other international affairs routine jobs. This valuable information is very useful for PSU IAO to consider and apply in some of its own work aspects. Moreover, PSU IAO also shared their experience at their division with colleagues from KKU.
In addition, all participants had the chance to sightsee some cultural places in Khon Kaen province, such as Wat Nongwang, Wat Thung Setthi, and Ton Tann Night Market.
