Dr. Niwat expressed great pleasure and pride in the PSU e-Document system becoming a digital service for the government. This achievement has been made possible through intellectual property rights licensing and significant cooperation with the private sector, specifically Siam D App (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The system not only showcases the university's advancement in digital technology development but also serves as a prime example of effective collaboration. This cooperation involves the Office of Digital Innovation and Intelligent Systems, the Science Park at PSU, partner organizations, and the private sector. This effort has created an efficient system for government operations, starting from the university and extending to public use, aligning with the university's longstanding mission.
The PSU e-Document system is a responsive web application designed to support organizational documentation processes in accordance with the Prime Minister's Office regulations on documentation (2021). It covers a wide range of functions, including document intake, registration, submission, review, electronic signature signing, document distribution, and 100% online document storage.
