On 28 September 2023, Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2024 announced its annual ranking results. This year, PSU reached a joined 6th place among Thai universities (5th in Teaching). Worldwide, the university was placed in the range of 1201-1500 out of the total 1,799 universities ranked.
Rankings are based on performance indicators in five areas: Teaching (29.5%), Research Environment (29%), Research Quality (30%), Industry (4%), International Outlook (7.5%).
PSU’s results in these indicators are the following:
1. Teaching: 13.4 %
2. Research Environment: 14.8 %
3. Research Quality: 32.6 %
4. Industry: 43.5 %
5. International Outlook: 37.7 %
