In October 2022, the PSU College of Computer Science, in collaboration with the National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Computing organized the “Second International Research Workshop on Computer Science and Information Systems” in Phuket.
PSU President Asst. Prof. Dr. Niwat Keawpradub, delivered the opening remarks, and then Assoc. Prof. Dr. Stephane Bressan, NUS Track leader for Maritime Information Technologies of Center for Maritime Studies, provided welcome remarks. Over 70 participants attended the event, including students, professors, and researchers from all over the country.
In addition, 20 experts shared their knowledge and experience in artificial intelligence, information systems, and data science from various educational institutions such as Musashino University from Japan, Naresuan University, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, and Phuket Rajabhat University.
The event served as a venue for participating students from various universities in Thailand to consult with foreign university professors about studying abroad, scholarships, research, and academic exchange opportunities.
