On 11 September 2018, H.E. Faeqa bint Saeed Al Saleh, Minister of Health of the Kingdom of Bahrain along with H.E. Ahmed Abdulla Ahmed Alharmasi Alhajeri, Ambassador of Bahrain to Thailand, and honorable Bahraini delegates thoughtfully visited the Faculty of Medicine and Songklanagarind Hospital at PSU Hat Yai Campus. This propitious visit aimed to strengthen the friendship between Bahrain and PSU, as well as to discuss concrete collaboration related to the medical field both in healthcare services and clinical skills training for physicians.
In response to the Thai government’s policy to establish and enhance further cooperation between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Kingdom of Bahrain, the auspicious visit of Her Excellency and honorable Bahraini delegates to PSU opens opportunities for both the Faculty of Medicine and Songklanagarind Hospital to attest their potential and readiness for the establishment of further collaboration between the two Kingdoms.
