Prince of Songkla University (PSU) is pleased to invite students to apply for the Rong Chang Cup Youth Innovation Competition on Global Governance (YICGG2025), hosted by Fudan University, China. Students may apply individually or form a team to develop an innovation design project addressing the theme "AI for Peace."
Registration Steps (by 3 May 2025):
Complete the form: Attachment 3_YICGG2025 Personal Info_Preliminary Round.
Submit the completed form and other required documents as follows:
Email all documents (including the form from Step 1) to the Global Affairs Office at psu-international@psu.ac.th.
CC your email to the International Affairs Officer of your Faculty or Campus.
Project Proposal Submission (by 5 May 2025, 12:00 hrs. GMT+7):
Prepare your project proposal according to the requirements outlined in the enclosed guidelines.
Submit the completed proposal to psu-international@psu.ac.th.
Announcement of Results: 27 May 2025
Final Competition Dates: 23–29 July 2025, in Shanghai and Beijing, People's Republic of China
Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student at Prince of Songkla University.
Should have strong interest in innovation, critical problem analysis, and global governance.
May apply individually or as a team (maximum of 3 members per team).
Must possess good English communication skills.
Should exhibit leadership, confidence, quick thinking, and a high sense of responsibility.
Must be in good physical and mental health, with no serious contagious diseases.
Students selected for the Finals must participate onsite in Shanghai and Beijing, China, from 23–29 July 2025 (or as specified by the organizers).
If a selected student cannot participate due to force majeure (e.g., illness, natural disasters, political unrest, or infectious disease outbreaks), their Faculty or Campus must submit an official explanation to the Center for Global Affairs and Corporate Communication by 5 June 2025.
Selected students must submit a participation report through their faculty within 30 days after program completion. An online certificate of participation will be issued.
Provided by Fudan University:
One-way international airfare to Shanghai.
Accommodation during the program.
Meals and local transportation in China.
Related program expenses until return travel.
Expenses to be covered by participants:
One-way airfare from Bangkok back to Thailand.
Domestic travel expenses within Thailand.
Health insurance.
Personal expenses and any additional costs not covered by Fudan University.

Statement (Microsoft Word file, Times New Roman, 12-point font, not exceeding 300 words).
Copy of academic transcript (in English).
Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Copy of the passport information page (passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the activity period).
Proof of English proficiency (if available).
Note: Interested applicants must complete registration by 3 May 2025 or by the internal deadline set by their Faculty/Campus.
No participation fee is required.
