A delegation from Taipei Medical University (TMU), Taiwan, led by Dr. Keng-Liang Ou, Dean of College of Oral Medicine, and Dr. Liang-Yo Yang, Associate Dean, International Office, visited PSU from August 10 - 12, 2011, under the Visiting Professor Program, MOU Addendum 2011. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chatchai Ratanachai, Vice President for Outreach and International Affairs, Vice President for Academic and International Affairs, Pattani Campus and representatives from the Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Medicine welcomed them warmly on August 11, at the President’s Office Building, Hat Yai campus.
In the afternoon, the delegation went to the Faculty of Dentistry and met with Assoc. Prof. Prisana Pripatnanont, Acting Dean, and representatives from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Faculty of Medicine to discuss a potential collaboration between the two faculties, and signed the agreement for academic cooperation between the Faculty of Dentistry, PSU and the College of Oral Medicine, TMU.
On this trip, the visitors also went sightseeing around Songkhla province, learning more about Thai culture and strengthening the two universities’s friendship and relationship.
